Have you wondered about Washington’s history and enjoyed its unique square and beautiful homes? Consider joining the historical society members who learn about local history and work to preserve our hometown’s character.
- Feb. 22, 2010 - Jennifer Banning will present “Clues in Clothing: Dating Old Family Photos”
- Mar 22, 2010 - Annual panel of Washington citizens telling their stories about past years in town.
- Apr 26, 2010 - 6:00 PM - Annual banquet, followed by John Lynn, “Main Street Illinois.”
The program and banquet will be held at Crossroads Methodist Church, and the dinner will be catered by Denhart's.
Tickets sold March 15 - April 19
at the Chamber of Commerce, which is on the south side of square.
$20 per person - members.
$25 per person - non-members.
